Our MAIN OFFICE is located in the Lake Worth area of the Palm Beaches.

Please exit I-95 at Lantana Road or 6th Avenue South (Lake Worth) and go west 3/4 mile to South Congress Avenue. Approach JFK Hospital. Our office is located at 4889 South Congress Avenue, half way between JFK Hospital and 6th Avenue South. We are on the west side of the street, across from the entrance to John Prince Park.
